Our video consultation service is available 24/7. You can request a consultation at any time, and if no provider is available within five minutes, you’ll have the option to schedule an appointment for a later time.

Our medication delivery service operates as follows:

Monday–Friday

• General medication: Orders accepted until 7:00 PM

• Psychiatric medication: Orders accepted until 5:00 PM

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

• All medication types: Orders accepted until 5:00 PM
