When can I use Doctor Anywhere?

Our video consultation is 24 hour and delivery services are from 09:00 - 17:00 on an on-demand basis, which means you can request for a video consultation anytime you need it.

However, if no provider is able to see you within five minutes, you still have the option of scheduling an appointment for a later time.
