What are the delivery hours for my medication?

Orders placed before 5 PM within the delivery area of our partnered pharmacies: Delivery within 3 hours.

Note: While we strive to deliver within the selected 3-hour window, we cannot guarantee it as the delivery process may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather and traffic conditions.

Orders placed after 5 PM within the delivery area of our partnered pharmacies: Delivered the following day.

Orders outside the delivery area of our partnered pharmacies: Delivered within 2-3 working days (Disclaimer: Excludes weekends and public holidays, as our delivery partner does not operate on those days)
