What are the delivery hours for my medication?

Orders placed within the delivery area of our partnered pharmacies will be delivered within 3 hours, as long as the order is placed before the cut-off time. On weekdays (Monday–Friday), general medication orders are accepted until 7:00 PM, while psychiatric medication orders are accepted until 5:00 PM. On weekends and public holidays, all medication orders (including psychiatric medication) must be placed before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after the respective cut-off times will be delivered on the next available delivery day. For orders outside the delivery area, delivery will take 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays, when our delivery partner does not operate). Please note that while we strive to deliver within the selected 3-hour window, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
